How To Secure New Owner's Tax Declaration?

a.) Submit copies of the following documents for verification to the Assessor's Office of the local government where the subject property is located:

1.) New Owner's Duplicate Copy of Title (issued by the Registry of Deeds)
2.) Document of Conveyance (ex: Deed of Sale, Deed of Donation, etc.)
3.) Transfer Tax Receipt
4.) Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) from the BIR
5.) Receipts of Payment of BIR Taxes (from Banks)
6.) Tax Clearance (current year)
7.) Valid ID of the presentor (person presenting the documents)

b.) You may be asked to proceed to the Transfer Tax Section for validation of the receipt for the payment of transfer tax.

c.) Pay the processing fee with the Cashier's Office.

d.) Submit the official Receipt and the Documents listed above to the Assessor's Office

e.) Get a claim stub with contact numbers for follow up calls.

f.) Call after around 1 week.
